Unsure why I can book over the phone and pay by card there but can't pay by card on the app or even request a car that accepts card.
Can even log on the stupid thing telling me to enter phone number and they will send me a code 20mins later I'm still waiting for a code! I'll just phone up but why they have stopped sending sms to confirm n track is stupid!
Can't even download the bloody app so bit pointless....
Unable to book a taxi due to not taking cash payments. Unable to put any other form of payment in the app. Complete waste of time
Booked a taxi to then have it cancelled on the app at the time it was due. Rang to find out if it was a glitch to be told they couldn't fulfil and had to cancel lots of taxis due to religious festival and drivers not working. I understand being understaffed but don't take bookings in the first place
Searches for cars in my area, doesn't find cars in my area and just searches without any results. Quicker to phone defeating the object.
No card payments, pointless having an app to do what a phone call can quicker. card payments is a must for this to even be useful. the taxi service themselves though is 5 Star rating imo

Cant use app as keeps saying code incorrect, I've had 5 codes sent now, I've entered them all correctly but still saying incorrect
